Helping you reconnect with who you've always been.

Sun over the water in Florida.
Are you simply surviving every day instead of embracing each moment with true passion and energy?

Maybe your mind never seems to slow down.

Maybe you've gotten so used to putting everyone else first that you're not even sure what you need anymore.

Maybe you feel stuck, disconnected, or like you're just going through the motions, unsure of what comes next.

Or maybe nothing is “wrong” at all — you simply know there’s more to life than the way you’ve been living it.

If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

Helping you reconnect with who you've always been.

What if the goal was to better understand the person you've been all along?

So many people spend their lives chasing happiness, success, certainty, or approval, hoping that one day they’ll finally feel at peace.

What I've learned is that lasting contentment rarely comes from becoming someone else.

It comes from understanding yourself well enough to live in alignment with who you truly are.

Because when you understand yourself, you begin making choices that align with your values instead of your fears.

  • You respond instead of react.

  • You create healthier relationships.

  • You build confidence.

  • You learn to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and compassion.

  • Most importantly, you begin creating a life that feels authentic to you.

Every person deserves the opportunity to understand themselves.

That's why I created There's a Way.

Welcome to There's a Way

There’s a Way is more than a therapy practice.

It’s a place to explore, a place to learn, a place to ask meaningful questions, a place to discover practical tools, and a place to better understand yourself and the human experience.

Whether you're looking for therapy, educational resources, practical worksheets, or simply a new perspective, my hope is that you leave understanding yourself a little more than when you arrived.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. You only have to be willing to take your next step.

Because there is always a way.

Hi, I'm Lexi.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, but before anything else, I’m a human being.

I created There’s a Way because I believe every person deserves the opportunity to understand themselves.

Not just when life feels overwhelming. Not just when things fall apart. But as part of living a more intentional, connected, and meaningful life.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, conversational, and grounded in curiosity. I’ll meet you where you are, help you better understand where you’ve been, and support you as you decide where you want to go.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped you, build practical tools for everyday life, and create space for meaningful growth.

Therapy

Compassionate virtual therapy for clients in Florida who want to better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change.

Therapy may be a supportive place to begin if:

  • Your mind never seems to slow down.

  • You overthink everything.

  • You keep putting everyone else first.

  • You feel disconnected from yourself.

  • You constantly question yourself.

  • You keep finding yourself in the same unhealthy patterns.

  • Everything feels like too much.

  • You simply want to understand yourself better.

Human 101

We spend years learning math, science, and history.

But most of us were never taught...

• How emotions actually work.
• How to calm our nervous system.
• How to communicate through conflict.
• How to set healthy boundaries.
• How to build healthy relationships.

That's what The Human Experience is all about.

You don’t have to wait until everything feels impossible.

One of the biggest misconceptions about therapy is that you have to be in crisis before you deserve support.

You don’t.

Therapy can be a place to heal, but it can also be a place to learn, grow, reflect, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and reconnect with yourself.

You do not need to know exactly what to say.

You do not need to have the perfect reason.

You do not need to have everything figured out.

You simply need a willingness to begin.

Always here for you.

If today feels like the right time to take your next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

You don’t have to know exactly where this journey will lead.

You only have to decide whether you’re ready to begin.

Because there is always a way.
