About Lexi
Hi, I'm Lexi Kuntz,
I’m passionate about helping individuals and families enhance their quality of life. With over six years of experience as a mental health therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population—through some of life’s most challenging and transformative moments.
My approach blends warmth, empathy, transparency, and evidence-based methods. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can better understand yourself, build meaningful coping strategies, and tap into your full potential. Together, we’ll work toward a more fulfilling, grounded, and empowered life.
When I’m not in session, you can find me traveling, relaxing at the beach, or spending time with my dog Bandit (who may make an appearance!). I love exploring new ways to move my body and cherish time with family and friends. Most of all, I feel deeply grateful to walk alongside my clients on their journey of healing and growth.

My Approach
I believe therapy is most effective when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. That’s why I focus on building a trusting, collaborative relationship where we can work at your own pace and explore what matters most to you.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and my priority is to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and free of judgment. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, clarify your values, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help you connect with your authentic self and create meaningful, lasting change—both within and beyond the therapy space.
